'ENTREPRENEUR OF YEAR’ AWARD TO YG LABS:
REBECCA JAMES GADBERRY & ROBERT JAMES.

Huntington Beach, CA — Beauty Industry West (BIW) awarded their organization’s annual 'Entrepreneur Of The Year’ Award for 2005 to Rebecca James Gadberry, President, and Robert James, CEO, of YG Laboratories, Inc. at a recent gala luncheon on June 14 at the Los Angeles Crowne Plaza. As the principals of the professional beauty industry’s leader in high-quality, high performance private-label skin care, these two respected 'entrepreneurs’ of the year proudly accepted their awards while recognizing the total efforts of their team as part of the manufacturer’s record year and total success in the skin care business.

YG Laboratories, based in Huntington Beach, CA, was founded 31 years ago. At the helm was Ms. James Gadberry’s late mother, Jean Haddad, to whom she paid tribute during her opening remarks to the audience.  BIW President Angie Inouye presented the awards, as she described the honored recipients as “a creative force and innovative leaders behind the beauty products in our industry”. The business philosophy of 'outstanding customer service’ has never changed over the years at YG – it clearly just keeps getting better as Ms. James Gadberry and Mr. James continue to focus on their three-part approach to achieving entrepreneurial success: “Being honest...being ethical...and 'listening’ hard to what is really going on in the marketplace from your own team on the front lines.”
